I’m Corinne. I am a mother of 5, spent 28 years as a military spouse, and am passionate about supporting my fellow moms who are overwhelmed with lofty goals for themselves and their families. I’ll be sharing all the tips, tricks, and resources I can find (or create) to help you rock mom life. Our family loves food, so for the holidays, we graze on afternoon snacks before dinner. Our schedule moves later and later in the day, so breakfast becomes brunch, and dinner is often served later, so meals are the perfect way to tie everyone’s food until then. Whether you’re looking for little nibbles, dips, spreads or more substantial appetizers, there’s something for everyone in this collection of delicious holiday recipes.

I have to admit that appetizers are my favorite part of the meal, whether we are eating at a restaurant or going to a holiday party. I love being able to taste little bites of this and that. In fact, I’d rather eat a handful of foods than eat a whole meal. The only problem with foods during the holiday season is that they are often very rich, so the calories and fat start to add up quickly.
So, to help with holiday menu planning, whether you’re throwing a holiday party or just entertaining your own family, I’ve compiled a great list of healthier holiday meals put together. I’ve categorized this huge list into Nibbles, Finger Foods, skewered and Stuffed Appetizers, Bean Dips and Hummus, and Salsas Spreads and More to make it easier to pick and choose your favorites.
I’m always worried about not having enough food, so here are some tips on how much food to make for a cocktail party:
