Salmon Egg Garlic Bowl, a bowl of rice made from fresh salmon, crispy kyuri or cucumber, tamago yai (Japanese-style omelet) is soft, and topped with flavorful garlic cheese mayo, umami-rich prawn eggs, and crunchy nori.

Seafood lovers please gather, because Genki Sushi also provides Kaisen Don dishes, made from salmon and maguro or tuna, yaki tamago, kanikama, avocado cream, salted prawn roe, and crispy nori. The homemade poke sauce adds a sweet and tangy touch to the dish, complementing the natural flavors of the dish.
