5 Cholesterol-lowering drink recipes that are suitable for serving cold

Material

  • 500 g pineapple (1 large fruit)
  • 600 ml of water
  • 100 g of granulated sugar
  • 3 cloves
  • 6 cm cinnamon
  • 1 pandan leaf
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 drops of yellow food coloring

How to make

  1. Peel the pineapple and cut into small pieces. Smear with salt, let stand 10 minutes then rinse clean.
