Ingredients
- 10 pong tofu, halved
- 250 ml of boiling water
Stuffing Ingredients
- 1 spring onion, thinly sliced
- 1 stalk of celery, thinly sliced
- 37 grams of wheat flour
- 85 grams of starch
- 1/4 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp broth powder
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp ground pepper
How to make
1. Mix all the ingredients for the filling. Pour the water little by little while stirring evenly.
2. Fill the tofu.
3. Heat the steamer.
4. Steam tofu for about 30 minutes. Lift and serve.
