Material:
- 500 gr of beef
- 1 carrot
- 1 potato
- 1 leek stalk
Ground spices:
- 10 shallots
- 8 cloves of garlic
- 2 segments of ginger, bruised
- 1/2 nutmeg
Whole seasoning:
- 2 stalks of celery leaves
- 2 scallions, chopped
- 5 cloves
- 3 star anise
- 1 cinnamon stick (approximately 7 cm)

How to make:
- Presto beef for 30 minutes to make it tender, then cut into cubes.
- If you don’t have a pressure cooker, dice the beef and discard the fat.

- Boil the meat again, let it boil. Add the carrot and potato pieces.

- Add the spices to the boiling water with salt, broth powder and sugar to taste.
