5 Easy and Low Cholesterol Beef Recipes


  • 500 gr of beef
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 potato
  • 1 leek stalk

Ground spices:

  • 10 shallots
  • 8 cloves of garlic
  • 2 segments of ginger, bruised
  • 1/2 nutmeg

Whole seasoning:

  • 2 stalks of celery leaves
  • 2 scallions, chopped
  • 5 cloves
  • 3 star anise
  • 1 cinnamon stick (approximately 7 cm)
  • salt, sugar, ground beef broth and ground pepper to taste

How to make:

  1. Presto beef for 30 minutes to make it tender, then cut into cubes.
  2. If you don’t have a pressure cooker, dice the beef and discard the fat.
  3. Smear with grated pineapple, let stand for 5 minutes then boil until cooked. Discard the first boiled water.
  4. Boil the meat again, let it boil. Add the carrot and potato pieces.
  5. Sauté the ground spices until cooked, add the ground pepper and stir-fry until fragrant.
  6. Add the spices to the boiling water with salt, broth powder and sugar to taste.
  7. Cook until the soup is cooked and the meat is tender. Lift.
  8. Serve clear beef soup with a sprinkling of fried onions.
