5 Flower Tea Recipes that Can Lower Cholesterol and High Blood Pressure

Material:

  • 7 dried chamomile flower buds
  • 300 ml of water
  • honey/sugar to taste

How to make:

  1. Boil water until it boils.
  2. Put the chamomile flowers in the teapot, brew with hot water and let stand until the water turns yellow.
