Material:
- 200 g of chicken
- 100 g of medium size shrimp
- 1 tsp oyster sauce
- 3 tbsp flour
- 3 tbsp cornstarch
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- pepper and seasoning to taste
Filling and coating ingredients:
- 1 egg white
- enough mozzarella cheese
- panir flour to taste
How to make:
- Blend the chicken meat finely, you can also use a food processor.
- Finely chop the garlic, mix with the chicken.
- Add flour, sesame oil, egg yolks, oyster sauce, salt, sugar, pepper and some seasoning. Mix well into dough.
- Peel the prawns from their heads and shells. When peeling the prawns, leave the tail on, don’t throw it away.
- Slice the mozzarella cheese lengthwise, set aside.
- Take enough dough, you can shape it in your hands, but before that, brush your hands with oil so that the dough doesn’t stick.
- Flatten the dough then fill with shrimp and mozzarella cheese. Roll or ball to cover the filling.
- Dip into the egg white and then roll in the breadcrumbs. set aside. Do it until the dough runs out.
- Heat some oil. Fry the cheese prawns until they are browned. Lift and drain.
