5 Low Calorie Processed Meat Recipes that are Safe for Cholesterol


  • 150 grams of ground beef
  • 1 egg
  • 3 tbsp tapioca flour

  • 1 tsp broth powder

Soup ingredients:

  • 1 carrot
  • 1 cauliflower
  • 1 piece of broccoli
  • 1 potato
  • 1 stalk of celery


  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 2 Spring onions
  • 1 stalk of green onion
  • 1/4 tsp ground pepper
  • 1/4 tsp broth powder

How to make:

  1. Mix the meatball ingredients, make it then boil until cooked, drain. Cut the vegetables the same size.
  2. Boil enough water, when it boils, add the potatoes. When it’s cooked, carrots, cauliflower, and broccoli. Finally add the meatballs.
  3. Toast the garlic and shallots, grind them finely, add them to the soup, add the spring onions and celery.
  4. Add ground pepper, salt and ground pepper to taste. If the vegetables are cooked and taste right, remove them.
  5. Serve vegetable beef meatball soup sprinkled with fried onions.
