Material
- 1 kg of beef
- 250 grams of potatoes
- Coconut milk from 2 old coconuts (separate thick and runny)

How to make
- Put the meat and all the spices in the pan. Turn on the fire until the water comes out. Let it shrink a little.
- Add thick coconut milk. Stir until boiling. Keep stirring until reduced by half.
- Enter the thin coconut milk, stir continuously until cooked, about 1 hour until the oil comes out.
- Lower the heat, add tamarind water. Keep stirring until the potatoes are cooked and the gravy is dry.
- Serve.
