5 Processed Eid Special Meats that are Tender and Delicious

Material

  • 1 kg of beef
  • 250 grams of potatoes
  • Coconut milk from 2 old coconuts (separate thick and runny)
  • 3 bay leaves
  • 3 stalks of lemongrass
  • 4 galangal segments
  • 3 segments of ginger
  • 7 pieces of lime leaves
  • 4 pieces of turmeric leaves
  • 1 star anise
  • 2 cinnamon sticks
  • 5 cardamom
  • Pepper salt sugar, Javanese tamarind water

Ground spices

  • 20 shallots
  • 14 garlic
  • 2 segments of turmeric
  • 4 hazelnuts
  • ½ tbsp coriander
  • 100 gr curly chili
  • 8 red cayenne

How to make

  1. Put the meat and all the spices in the pan. Turn on the fire until the water comes out. Let it shrink a little.
  2. Add thick coconut milk. Stir until boiling. Keep stirring until reduced by half.
  3. Enter the thin coconut milk, stir continuously until cooked, about 1 hour until the oil comes out.
  4. Lower the heat, add tamarind water. Keep stirring until the potatoes are cooked and the gravy is dry.
  5. Serve.
