1. Spicy Oncom Leunca recipe
Material:
- 1 oncom board
- leuncha to taste
Ground spices:
- 7 bird’s eye chilies
- 3 curly chilies
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 3 shallots
- 3 cm kencur
- sugar, salt and broth powder to taste
How to make:
- Saute ground spices until fragrant. Add leunca and stir-fry until cooked.
