Purple Coating Material

- 175 ml of coconut milk

How to make
1. Puree the coconut milk and sweet potatoes with a blender until smooth.
2. Mix tapioca flour, rice flour, sugar, salt, and vanilla powder. Add the potato solution. Stir well.

4. Heat the steamer.
5. Prepare a mold that has been smeared with oil.
6. Pour the purple mixture up to 3/4 of the mold. Steam for 7 minutes.
