5 Resep Jamu Rebus untuk Turunkan Asam Urat dan Kolesterol

Bahan:

  • 5 cm temulawak
  • 5 cm kencur
  • 2 cm jahe
  • 3 lembar daun sirih
  • 2 lembar daun salam
  • air secukupnya
  • gula/madu secukupnya

Cara membuat:

  1. Cuci bersih semua bahan. Iris tipis temulawak, kencur dan jahe.
  2. Rebus air, masukkan semua bahan jamu, masak selama 10 menit atau hingga aroma jamunya keluar.
  3. Angkat dan saring.
  4. Tambahkan sedikit gula atau madu, sajikan.
