Ingredients
- 250 grams of mocaf flour
- 250 grams of cabbage
- 1 carrot
- 2 stalks of green onions
- 1 stalk of celery
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp mushroom stock
- 1/2 tsp ground pepper
- 200 ml of water
- 200 ml of oil
How to make
1. Prepare all vegetable ingredients. Peel, wash and slice the vegetables.
2. Add the mocaf flour and all the seasoning ingredients. Add water.
3. Add the vegetables to the flour mixture. Stir well.
4. Heat the oil. Take 1 tablespoon of bakwan dough, fry until brown. Lift and drain.
