Main Ingredients

  • 100 grams of tapioca flour
  • 400 ml of water
  • 1 tablespoon coriander, puree
  • 1/2 tsp pepper, puree
  • 4 cloves of garlic, puree
  • 1 tbsp cooking oil
  • 1 tsp broth powder

How to make

1. Make the starter dough first. Mix all the ingredients in the pot, stir well. Turn on the fire. Cook over low heat until it thickens and the color turns transparent. Lift.

2. Add sliced ‚Äč‚Äčonions and 300 grams of tapioca flour little by little to the starter mixture. Stir and knead until easy to form.
