Meatball Dough Ingredients
- 1 kg half frozen beef, cut into pieces
- 300 grams of crushed ice cubes
- 2 egg whites
- 2 tbsp fried garlic
- 4 tbsp fried shallots
- 3 tsp salt
- 2 tsp ground beef broth
- 2 tsp pepper powder
- 19 tbsp tapioca flour
- 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 3 liters of water for boiling
Drop Material
- 200 grams of ground beef vein
- 1 tbsp teriyaki sauce
- 1 tbsp salt
- 1/2 tbsp ground pepper
- 100 ml of water

How to make
1. Heat the oil. Sauté until it changes color. Add water, salt, pepper and teriyaki sauce. Cook until the water dries up and the drops are soft. Remove and set aside.
2. Put the beef into the food processor. puree. Add ice cubes, egg whites, shallots, garlic, salt, pepper and stock powder. Blend again until well blended. Add tapioca flour and baking powder. Process until well blended.
3. Boil water in a pot. Turn off the stove.
4. Form the meatball dough round. Fill in the drops. Put it in hot water in a saucepan. Do it until all the dough ingredients run out.
5. Boil tetelan meatballs until cooked and float.
6. Remove the cooked meatballs, put them in ice water.
7. Tetelan meatballs are ready to be served with gravy or stored in the freezer for stock at home.
