5 Smoothie Recipes for Dieting and Helping to Lose Weight

Material:

  • 1/2 cup of strawberries
  • 1/2 cup of fruit blueberries
  • 1 small ripe banana
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter

Steps:

  1. Clean the fruit from the leaves and skin, then freeze it
  2. Once frozen, cut into pieces and put in the blender
  3. Add peanut butter
  4. Blend all the ingredients and transfer them to a glass

To make it more delicious and filling, smoothies can be consumed together chia seeds and granola. Good luck!
