Material:
- 1/2 cup of strawberries
- 1/2 cup of fruit blueberries
- 1 small ripe banana
- 1 tbsp peanut butter
Steps:
- Clean the fruit from the leaves and skin, then freeze it
- Once frozen, cut into pieces and put in the blender
- Add peanut butter
- Blend all the ingredients and transfer them to a glass
