Ingredients
- 200 grams of black glutinous rice flour
- 4 chicken eggs
- 120 grams of sugar
- 1 tsp SP
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 2 tbsp powdered milk
- 65 ml thick coconut milk
- 100 ml cooking oil
How to make
1. Beat eggs, sugar, vanilla, salt and SP with a mixer until thick with white traces.
2. Add sticky rice flour, milk powder, and baking powder to the egg mixture. Stir briefly.
3. Add coconut milk and cooking oil to the dough. Stir well with a spatula.
4. Heat the steamer.
5. Pour the dough into a greased baking dish.
6. Steam the sponge cake for about 25 minutes over medium heat.
7. After the cake is cooked and cold, remove it from the mold and cut it according to taste.
