Ingredients
- 250 grams of mocaf flour
- 200 grams of powdered sugar
- 50 grams of cornstarch
- 2 chicken eggs
- 1 tsp SP
- 200 ml of coconut milk
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1/2 tsp pandan paste
How to make
1. Beat eggs, sugar and SP until pale white and stiff.
2. Add mocaf flour and cornstarch. Stir well.
3. Add coconut milk and butter.
4. Heat the steamer.
5. Add pandan paste to the dough. Stir well.
6. Pour the mixture into the mold that has been covered with the cupcase.
7. Steam the cake for about 15 minutes until cooked. After the cake has cooled, remove it from the mold and serve.
