Material
- 1 board of tempeh, cut into pieces
- 1 block brown sugar
- 5 cm galangal
- 3 shallots
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 2 bay leaves
- 1/2 tsp coriander
- 1/2 tsp salt

How to make
- Grind the garlic, shallots, galangal and coriander.
- Soak tempeh in ground spices and enough water.
- Add salt, sugar and bay leaf.
- Boil the tempeh until the spices are absorbed and the water is reduced.
- After shrinking, remove tempe and drain.
- Heat the oil. Fried tempeh until slightly brown. Lift and drain.
