7 Fried Chicken Seasoning Recipes for Everyday Menu


  • 1 whole chicken, cut into pieces


  • 4 cloves of garlic, crushed
  • 4 shallots, crushed
  • 3 pieces of lime leaves
  • 3 cm turmeric, crushed
  • 3 cm ginger
  • 1 tsp ground pepper
  • 1 stick of lemon grass, crushed
  • salt to taste

How to make

  1. Boil all the geprek spices until they boil. Make sure there’s enough water to submerge the chicken later.
  2. Put the cleaned chicken into the boiling spices. Arrange evenly so that the spices are crushed under the chicken.
  3. Cover the pot and cook until the water dries up and the chicken is perfectly cooked. Turn the chicken occasionally so that it cooks evenly.
  4. Fried chicken directly or can be added to the all-purpose flour dressing.
