Bahan-Bahan

  • 1 ikat sayur bayam
  • 1 buah labu siam
  • 1 buah wortel
  • 1 buah jagung manis
  • 3 siung bawang merah, iris tipis
  • 1 cm rempah kunci, iris tipis
  • 1/2 sdt garam
  • 1/2 sdt penyedap rasa
  • air secukupnya

Cara Membuat

1. Cuci dan potong semua bahan sayur. Sisihkan.

2. Didihkan air. Masukkan irisan bawang merah dan rempah kunci.

3. Masukkan labu siam, wortel, dan jagung. Masak hingga wortel empuk.

4. Masukkan sayur bayam. Tambahkan garam dan penyedap rasa secukupnya.

5. Koreksi rasa. Angkat dan sajikan.
