1. Shrimp in Worcestershire Sauce

Material :
Shrimp – 250 grams
Lime – 1 fruit, take the water
Salt – 1/4 tsp
Pepper – 1/4 tsp
Spice :
Garlic – 2 cloves, chopped
Onion – 1 item, sliced
Worcestershire sauce – 3 tbsp
Oyster sauce – 2 tbsp
Tomato sauce – 1 tbsp
Sweet soy sauce – 1 tsp
Salt – 1/8 tsp
Black pepper – 1/8 tsp
Margarine – 2 tbsp
Water – 100 ml
How to make :
- In a bowl, mix the prawns, lime juice, salt and pepper. Mix well and marinate for 15 minutes.
- Heat margarine. Sauté the garlic and onion until fragrant.
- Enter Worcestershire sauce, oyster sauce, tomato sauce, and sweet soy sauce. Stir quickly.
- Pour water. Stir well and cook until boiling.
- Add prawns, season with salt and pepper. Stir well and cook until the prawns are cooked and the gravy thickens. Taste correction.

2. Sweet and Sour Shrimp

Material :
Shrimp, cut the tentacles and wash thoroughly – 300 grams
Lime – 1/2 fruit
Onion – 1/2 fruit, cut into squares
Garlic – 3 cloves, chopped
Ginger – 2 cm, cut into matchsticks
Curly red chili – 2 pieces
Red bell pepper – 1/4 fruit, cut into 1cm squares
Green bell pepper – 1/4 fruit, cut into 1cm squares
Leek – 1 stem, sliced oblique
Water – 100 ml
Tomato sauce – 6 tbsp
Oyster sauce – 1 tbsp
Vinegar – 1 tsp
Salt – 1 tsp
Sugar – 1 tbsp
Pepper powder – 1/4 tsp
Cooking oil – 2 tbsp
How to make :
- Coat the prawns with the lime juice, let stand for a while.
- Heat oil, sauté garlic and ginger until fragrant, add onion, stir briefly.
- Add red peppers and green peppers, stir until wilted. Add red chilies, stir briefly.
- Add prawns, stir until prawns change color.
- Lower the heat, add the tomato sauce, oyster sauce, salt, ground pepper, and sugar, stir well until the prawns are coated with the spices.
- Add water and vinegar, stir well. Cook until it boils and the gravy thickens. Taste correction.
- Sprinkle spring onions, stir briefly. Ready to be served.
3. Honey Grilled Prawns

Material :
Medium shrimp – 500 grams
Oyster sauce – 3 tbsp
Sweet soy sauce – 2 tbsp
Honey – 5 tbsp
Margarine, melted – 2 tbsp
Water – 2 tbsp
Ground spices :
Garlic – 6 cloves
Young ginger – 3 segments
Green bird’s eye chilies (optional) – 6 seeds
Salt – 1 tsp
How to make :
- Clean the prawns and remove any dirt on the back, with the shell still attached. set aside.
- In a bowl, mix the ground spices with oyster sauce, sweet soy sauce, and honey. Stir well.
- Place the prawns in the seasoning bowl. Stir well until the prawns are covered in spices. Store in the fridge for 15 minutes so the flavors meld.
- Prepare a grill / roaster. Grill the shrimp over the fire until cooked. Lift.
- Ready to be served.
4. Stir-fry the Shrimp Beans

Material :
Shrimp – 300 grams
Chickpeas – 200 grams, cut into matchsticks
Oil – 5 tbsp
Big red chili – 2 pieces, seeds removed, sliced oblique
Shallots – 4 items, thinly sliced
Garlic – 3 cloves, thinly sliced
Sugar – 1 tsp
Salt – 1/2 tsp
Sweet soy sauce – 1 tbsp
Shrimp paste – 1 cm
Water – 100 ml
How to make :
- Sauté garlic and shallots in oil until fragrant.
- Enter the shrimp paste, stir until well blended.
- Add chilies, stir-fry until wilted.
- Add shrimp, cook until it changes color.
- Enter the chickpeas. Season with salt, sugar, soy sauce and water. Cook until the beans are cooked. Taste correction.

5. Shrimp Soup
Material :
Peeled shrimp – 150 grams
Potatoes, diced – 1 pc
Carrots, cut according to taste – 1 fruit
Water – 750 ml
Ginger – 1 cm, crushed
Lemongrass – 2 stalks, crushed
Galangal – 2 cm, crushed
Pepper powder – 1/2 tsp
Sugar – 1/2 tsp
Green onions – 1 stalk sliced
Celery leaves – 1 stalk, sliced
Cooking oil – 2 tbsp

Ground spices:
Shallots – 3 eggs
Garlic – 2 cloves
How to make :
- Heat the oil, saute the prawns until they change color, drain.
- In the same pan, saute ground spices with ginger, galangal, lemon grass until fragrant, then add water. Cook until boiling.
- Add the potatoes and carrots, cook until almost cooked then add the prawns. Cook briefly until all cooked.
- Add the leeks and celery. Turn off the fire.
- Ready to be served warm.
6. Flour Shrimp (Ebi Furai)

Material :
Shrimp, large size – 250 grams
Lime – 1 fruit, take the water
Ground pepper – 1/4 tsp
Salt – a pinch
Dip Material:
Egg white – 2 eggs
Salt – a pinch
Coating Material:
All-purpose flour – 3 tbsp
Coarse bread flour (breadcrumbs) – enough
How to make :
- Peel the skin of the prawns, leaving the tail on. Slice the back of the shrimp, remove the black dirt, wash it clean.
- Season with lime juice, salt and ground pepper. Leave it 15 minutes in the refrigerator.
- Wipe the prawns dry with a paper towel. Shred the belly of the shrimp, be careful not to break it. Then turn the shrimp body, press the back until you feel a crunching sound. That’s a sign that the shrimp’s veins have broken, allowing the shrimp to stay straight when fried.
- Beat the egg whites and salt, as a shrimp dipping agent.
- Take 1 prawn, coat with all-purpose flour, dip in the egg, roll again in the all-purpose flour, dip again in the egg.
- Then roll in the breadcrumbs, dip again in the egg and finally roll in the breadcrumbs. This repeated coating of flour aims to produce thick-looking shrimp.
- Heat up a lot of oil. Fry the prawns until golden yellow.

7. Shrimp Fried Rice

Material :
Rice – 2 plates
Oil – to taste
Shrimp – 200 grams
Chicken eggs – 2 eggs
Roasted Ebi – 1/2 tbsp, puree
Leek – 1 stem, thinly sliced
Sweet soy sauce – 4 tbsp
Oyster sauce – 2 tbsp
Soy sauce – 1/2 tbsp
Chili sauce – 1 tbsp
Ground pepper – 1/2 tsp
Salt to taste
Broth powder – to taste
Slice seasoning:
Garlic – 2 cloves
Shallots – 4 cloves
Chili – to taste
How to make :
- Shake off the eggs then cook the scrambled eggs, remove and set aside.
- Heat enough oil, sauté the sliced spices until fragrant, then add the prawns and stir-fry until half cooked.
- Add the rice and scrambled eggs, season with pepper, salt and the mashed shrimp.
