7 Safe stir-fry Recipes for High Cholesterol


  • 1 bunch mustard greens
  • 3 cloves of garlic, chopped
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1/2 tsp ground pepper
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • salt to taste
  • enough water

How to make

  1. Boil water, add mustard greens until tender enough. Drain well.
  2. Saute garlic until fragrant and cooked, add mustard greens, stir well.
  3. Add oyster sauce, ground pepper, salt and sugar to taste. Stir well, lift.
  4. Simple stir-fried mustard greens with onion seasoning ready to serve warm.
