Material
- 1 head of chicory, cut according to taste
- 1 board of tempeh, diced
- 4 cloves of garlic, thinly sliced
- 6 shallots, thinly sliced

How to make
- Prepare all the ingredients, wash the mustard greens and spices that will be thinly sliced
- Fried tempeh until half cooked, drain and set aside for a while
- Heat the oil, sauté the garlic, shallots and chilies until wilted and fragrant
- Add the mustard greens into the seasoning stir fry, stir well
- Add tempeh to the pan

- Cook sautéed Chinese cabbage until wilted for about 5-7 minutes
