Want to make a main dish made from beef but confused about what to process it into? So that you don’t get bored of serving the same menu, let’s try to inspire the following simple and delicious beef recipe. If you have a lot of meat stock at home, just make a few alternate recipes. No I’m tired of eating beef again, because the preparations are always changing.
1 Fried Meat

Material :
Beef, cut against the grain – 400 grams
Bay leaves – 2 pieces
Galangal, bruised – 2 cm
Lemongrass – 1 stalk
Coconut water – 500 ml
Water – 300 ml
Salt – 1 tsp
Comb brown sugar – 3 tbsp
Tamarind, dissolve in a little water – 1/2 tsp
Right amount of oil
Ground spices :
Shallots – 7 items
Garlic – 3 cloves
Coriander – 1 tsp
How to make :
- In a saucepan, mix the beef, ground spices, bay leaves, lemon grass and galangal. Season with salt, comb brown sugar, then add water and coconut water. Mix well, then cook until half cooked.
- Enter the tamarind water, continue to cook over low heat until the meat is tender and the water is reduced. Turn off the heat and let the heat dissipate.
- Heat the oil, fry the beef briefly until it is more brown, then remove and drain.
- Serve fried meat with chili sauce according to taste.
2. Beef Yakiniku

Material :
Beef, thinly sliced – 250 grams
Garlic – 4 pieces
Onion – 1 piece
Green bell pepper, cut lengthwise – 1 pc
Broth water – 120 ml
Cooking oil – 4 tbsp
Sauce Ingredients:
Soy sauce – 1 tbsp
Sweet soy sauce – 3 tbsp
Sesame oil – 1 tbsp
Honey – 1 tbsp
Pepper – 1/3 tsp
Salt – 1/2 tsp
Ginger, grated then take the juice – 2 cm
How to make :
- In a bowl, combine the sauce ingredients and mix well.
- Place the sliced beef in the sauce container. Stir until the meat and sauce are evenly mixed. Then leave it for about 1/2 hour.
- Heat cooking oil in a pan then sauté garlic and onion until fragrant.
- Add sliced beef, stir-fry until it changes color.
- Add broth, stir again.
- When the meat is almost cooked, add the chopped paprika and stir again until smooth. Cook until the gravy is slightly reduced.
- Correct the taste, if it’s just right then it’s ready to be served.
3. Beef Teriyaki

Material :
Beef, thinly sliced – 200 grams
Sesame seeds, pre-roasted – 2 tbsp
Onion, sliced – 1/2 item
Green onions, finely sliced – 1 stem
Margarine / butter – 2 tbsp
Marinade:
Garlic, grated – 2 cloves
Teriyaki sauce – 2 tbsp
Soy sauce – 1 tbsp
Sweet soy sauce – 1 tbsp
Oyster sauce – 1 tbsp
Black pepper – 1 tsp
Sugar – 1 tsp
Broth powder – 1 tsp
Salt – 1/2 tsp
Tomato sauce – 1 tsp
How to make :
- Mix well all the ingredients for the marinade.
- Put the meat in the marinade, stir until evenly distributed. Refrigerate for 1 night. set aside.
- Heat margarine. Sauté the onions until fragrant.
- Add the meat while stirring quickly until it changes color. Lift.
- Sprinkle the meat with sesame seeds and green onions. Ready to be served.
4. Beef Stew

Material :
Beef, cut according to taste – 500 grams
Star anise – 2 seeds
Cinnamon stick – 3 cm
Cloves – 3 seeds
Thick sweet soy sauce – 50 ml
Water – 1 liter
Cooking oil – 2 tbsp
Fried shallots – 2 tbsp
Sugar – to taste
Salt to taste
Ground spices :
Shallots – 8 cloves
Garlic – 6 cloves
Ginger – 1 cm
Pepper – to taste
Nutmeg – to taste
Cardamom – to taste
How to make :
- Boil meat with 1 liter of water until tender, drain and cool. Take the broth.
- Heat oil in a pan, sauté the spices until fragrant.
- Add star anise, cinnamon, cloves, soy sauce, stir briefly.
- Add the meat, stir until mixed with the spices.
- Add the cooking water or broth.
- Add sugar and salt, cook until the meat is tender and the spices are absorbed. Taste correction.
- Remove, serve with a sprinkling of fried onions.
5. Beef Red Bean Soup

Material :
Beef, cut into pieces – 400 grams
Fresh red beans – 200 grams
Carrots, cut into pieces – 2 pieces
Tomatoes, cut into pieces – 1 piece
Green onions, coarsely chopped – 1 stem
Celery, tied in a knot – 1 stalk
Ground nutmeg – 1/2 tsp
Salt to taste
Margarine for sautéing – 1 tbsp
Fried shallots – to taste
Ground spices :
Shallots – 5 cloves
Garlic – 3 cloves
Pepper grains – 1 tsp
How to make :
- Boil red beans 10 minutes, drain.
- Boil water, boil meat until cooked and tender.
- Add red beans, tomatoes and celery. Bring back to a boil and set aside.
- Heat margarine, saute ground spices until fragrant and cooked. Then pour the stir-fried ground spices into the meat stew.
- Season with salt and ground nutmeg. Stir well.
- Enter the carrots. Cook until the carrots are soft, correcting the seasoning.
- Just before cooking, add the spring onions. Stir well.
- Serve warm with a sprinkling of fried shallots.
6. Fried Kwetiau Beef

Material :
Kwetiau – 1 pack (300 grams)
Beef, thinly sliced – 50 grams
Garlic – 4 cloves
Salt – 1/2 tsp
Pepper – 1/3 tsp
Beef flavoring – 1/2 tsp
Sweet soy sauce – 3 tbsp
Eggs – 2 eggs
Water – 70 ml
Mustard greens – to taste
Bean sprouts – to taste
How to make :
- Heat the cooking oil in a pan, sauté the garlic until fragrant, then add the beef and stir-fry again until the meat is cooked then set aside.
- Add eggs, cook scrambled. Then add mustard greens and add water.
- Season with salt, pepper, seasoning and sweet soy sauce.
- After boiling, add the kwetiau and bean sprouts. Stir until well mixed.
- Correct the taste, the fried kwetiau is ready to be served.
7. Steak

Material :
Beef has in – 500 grams
Bay leaves – 2 pieces
Ginger – 2 cm
Sauce :
Onion, thinly sliced – 1/2 fruit
Sweet soy sauce – 2 tbsp
Worcestershire sauce – 1 tbsp
Tomato sauce – 3 tbsp
Salt – 1 tsp
Ground beef broth – 1/2 tsp
Palm sugar – 1 tbsp
Water – 800 ml
Cooking oil – 3 tbsp
Ground spices :
Shallots – 5 cloves
Garlic – 3 cloves
Pepper grains – 1 tsp
Nutmeg – 1/6 fruit
Complementary:
Lettuce leaves – 5 sheets
Carrots – 2 pcs
Chickpeas – 10 pieces
Potatoes – 2 pcs
Fried shallots – 1 tbsp
How to make :
- Chop carrots, beans and potatoes. Boil potatoes and carrots, fry potatoes. set aside.
- Grind the shallots, garlic, pepper and nutmeg. set aside.
- Prepare a pot, boil the meat with bay leaves and ginger until tender. Drain the meat, take the broth 400 ml.
- Heat oil, saute ground spices until fragrant. Add onions, sauté until wilted.
- Lower the heat, add soy sauce, tomato sauce and Worcestershire sauce. Stir quickly.
- Enter the meat that has been boiled, stir well.
- Add the broth, add salt and palm sugar, cook until it boils. Pot lid.
- Continue cooking until the spices are absorbed and the gravy thickens, then turn off the heat.
- Arrange on a plate lettuce, carrots, green beans, and French fries. Pour the beefsteak and gravy, sprinkle with fried onions. Ready to be served.
8. Krengsengan Beef

Material :
Beef – 500 grams
Sweet soy sauce – 2 tbsp
Shrimp paste – 1 tbsp
Cayenne pepper – 10 seeds
Water – 600 ml
Ground spices :
Shallots – 4 eggs
Garlic – 2 cloves
Candlenut, roasted – 3 items
Red chili – 4 pieces
Pepper – 1/2 tsp
Ginger – 1 segment
Tomatoes – 1 piece
Salt – 1 tsp
How to make :
- Cut the meat and then prick the meat with a fork. Smear the entire surface with ground spices. Save and let stand for 1 hour in the refrigerator.
- Cook the meat with the marinade over low heat. Stir until it changes color.
- Add water, sweet soy sauce, and paste. Stir well. Cook until the meat is tender and the gravy is thick. Taste correction.
- Add cayenne pepper and mix well. Number and ready to serve.
