1. Sweet Food
Foods that cause blackheads are foods that are too sweet, because sweet foods contain added sugar, which can increase insulin levels in the body. When insulin levels rise, oil production will also increase. So excess oil can clog pores and cause blackheads.
2. Products Processed from Cow’s Milk
It is better to reduce the consumption of processed cow’s milk products, because they can increase fat in the body and cause blackheads. Processed cow’s milk products such as cheese, yogurt, ice cream and butter are indeed high in calcium, and can boost the immune system. But it is better to consume plant-based milk, which is made from soy, almond, wheat or dates.
3. Processed Foods
Processed foods can also cause blackheads on the face. Because processed foods are processed in several ways, which are then packaged, dried, frozen or preserved. This processed food is not good for health, because the nutritional content in it is very little. These processed foods can increase levels of bad fats in the body, and increase oil production in the skin.
