- First, prepare a skewer and stick it in each sausage. Make sure the sausage is securely attached to the skewer.
- Prepare a large bowl, mix flour, cornstarch, corn flour, baking powder, salt and sugar. Stir well.
- Add eggs and cold water to a bowl. Stir until the mixture is well mixed and there are no lumps.
- Take a sausage that has been skewered, dip it into the flour mixture until all of the sausage is covered with the dough. Make sure the flour dough sticks well.
