1. Mash the cassava tape with a spoon.
2. Mix the wet mixture in one container. Then, dry the dough in a different container.
3. Take 1 tablespoon of tape, round shape. Roll into the dry mixture, then dip into the wet mixture. Do it until all the ingredients run out.
4. Fried rondo royal until browned. Lift and drain.
