That means using lots of fresh fruits and vegetables in obvious applications, of course, like salsa and crudité, but also getting creative and sneaking them into unexpected dips, poppable bites and shareable snacks. Having a low-key BBQ or get-together? Lay out some pulled pork or cheeseburger nachos, loaded zucchini skins (like loaded potato skins, but extra summery), tomato gnocchi kebabs or melon prosciutto skewers or pigs in a pretzel.
