I also really want to make these little sliders because they are fun, easy and delicious. I love the idea of making pizza more flavorful, so these are great!

I wanted to think of a way to make these really unique and special. I’ve loved adding roasted garlic to recipes, so I thought some roasted garlic butter would be perfect.
Roasting garlic is very easy. If you have never made it before it adds a layer of deliciousness to your recipes.
Start with the garlic as it takes time to roast in the oven. Simply slice off the top of the head of garlic to reveal the clove. Then place the garlic on a small piece of foil, drizzle with olive oil, and wrap the garlic up. Roast for around forty minutes, until the garlic is deep golden and soft.
The rolls are the simplest. You need a very soft loaf of pull-out dinner rolls. I used the King’s Hawaiian Rolls, which I think are readily available to everyone!

Cut the rolls in half lengthwise, layer on your favorite marinara sauce, mozzarella cheese, and then provolone. Finish with freshly sliced pepperoni and a sprinkling of parmesan cheese.
Add the top half of the rolls and that’s it, done, you see, so simple. But the roasted garlic butter makes everything special.
Crush the roasted garlic cloves and add them to a small bowl with the butter, plenty of fresh sage, dried basil, oregano, parsley, and chili flakes. I go heavy on the chili flakes, but do what’s right for you! Then add some parmesan cheese.
Put the butter over the top of the rolls, letting it seep into the hole and corner. Wrap the rolls in foil and throw them into the oven.

As the rolls bake, your kitchen slowly begins to smell like your favorite pizzeria, which is, of course, delicious.
The garlic butter on top of the rolls melts over the rolls, seeping down into the nooks and crannies. The sage in the butter becomes crisp, and everything turns golden and perfect.
When you take the rolls out of the oven the cheese will bubble. The excitement is to pull each roll apart and enjoy them all at once.
And that’s exactly what you should do! Serve the rolls immediately while the cheese is still warm and gooey.

These sliders are like pizza, but in a fun new form, and with delicious garlic butter in every bite. The garlic butter really makes these rolls better than all the rest!
I’m excited to have these on hand for Sunday night games, but also for the upcoming holiday season! Great for Friendsgiving, Thanksgiving, and all the holiday parties coming up in December! They are even festive and beautiful.

We have a super tasty street corn dip! You guys, look at me go with these flavors. Dips are something I never share. I don’t know why because this corn dip is so delicious! It really needs to be redone all summer.
This is a recipe I made entirely out of want and desire. As usual, I was frantically trying to get recipes together for a few weeks of travel. I knew I wanted to share some fun flavors for the 4th. But I was getting tired of the usual type of Caprese app and I wanted something completely different.
With our trip to Mexico fast approaching, we were all craving Mexican food. So I made this dip to get us all excited. Now that our destination has been revealed, it feels very fitting for me to share this! Yes, in case you missed my Instagram stories, Mexico is the family’s summer vacation destination! I’ll share more details on Sunday, but I flew from NYC to Puerto Vallarta yesterday and met my family in Sayulita. I’m excited to be here for the next few days!
However, this drop came long before I knew I was going to Mexico. I was going to make my version of street corn, except I wanted to make it a dip! I love a good ear of grilled corn, but in my opinion, creamy dips are much more fun. Especially when entertaining over the 4th.
Marinated Goat Cheese Strawberry Crostini.
The beauty of this dip is how quickly it comes together. It’s pretty simple, but there are a few steps that make my version of corn street dip a little more exciting. Or at least that’s what I like to think!
Everything starts with the spice mix. From what I’ve read about traditional street corn, or Elote, as it’s called in Mexico, it’s made by boiling corn with spices, then seasoning the warm corn with lime, mayo, and lots of chili powder. I took these flavors and put them into this dip.
For my spices, I used chili powder, smoked paprika, and cayenne. I wanted to add a bit of smokiness and a bit more kick to the flavours. You will use the spice mix in the dip and for topping.
Cook the corn with onions and garlic, then add some of the spice mix. Mix in cream cheese and sour cream for great creaminess and cook everything together until heated through. Getting the dip warm is key, so keep this over a low heat or warm in a crock pot (on the low setting) until ready to serve.
Prosciutto And Cheese Pastry Twist.
Next, the butter. Melt some butter together with the spices. Don’t you skip this. The butter really flavors the dip in a really delicious way.
Place the dip in a wide, shallow bowl. Then add the grilled corn and spoon over dollops of the mayo. The mayo melts into the dip, just as it melts over the warm corn kernels. Then swirl in the butter.
I know this process may seem like a lot, but it actually comes together easily and quickly. It promises to be so great for entertaining this summer!
And most importantly, this is very good. The dip is so creamy with a spicy taste, but not too spicy. And you can adjust the heat to your personal taste. The cheese and butter on top alone makes the dip even more delicious, completing the dip experience.
