These herb spring appetizer cups are the perfect thing. I love using phyllo cups for quick and easy snacks like spinach artichoke phyllo bites. They also lend themselves perfectly to sweet treats like mini patriotic fruit tarts (they have a fun secret ingredient), banana chocolate dessert bites, pumpkin minis (these are super easy), and cappuccino mousse cups.
