Apple Carrot Juice Recipe to Lower High Cholesterol

  1. Peel the carrots or wash them thoroughly. Likewise with apples. Wash then remove the fruit stalks.
  2. Cut into small pieces then blender or juice with 1 glass of water.
  3. Strain the finished juice into a serving glass. This recipe makes two serving glasses.
  4. Add honey or drink straight to serving.
