Serombotan is a Balinese vegetable dish originating from the Klungkung area. Made from a variety of boiled green vegetables, it looks almost like pecel. However, the peanut sauce used is different. Apart from that, serombotan also uses a sprinkling of roasted coconut that has been cooked with special Balinese spices.
