Bandung’s signature Sate Jando recipe

  1. Crush the lemongrass and then slice it thinly.
  2. Sauté the ground spices until fragrant, add the lemongrass, continue to stir-fry until the spices are cooked.
  3. Cut the meat and fat, put it in the stir-fried seasoning, marinate the meat for 1 hour or a little longer so that the flavors infuse.
  4. Skewer the meat with skewers. Heat the charcoal.
  5. Grill the satay until cooked while occasionally basting it with spices.

When ready, serve with peanut sauce and pickles.
