- Crush the lemongrass and then slice it thinly.
- Sauté the ground spices until fragrant, add the lemongrass, continue to stir-fry until the spices are cooked.
- Cut the meat and fat, put it in the stir-fried seasoning, marinate the meat for 1 hour or a little longer so that the flavors infuse.
- Skewer the meat with skewers. Heat the charcoal.
- Grill the satay until cooked while occasionally basting it with spices.
When ready, serve with peanut sauce and pickles.
