Batokok Jerky Recipe 1/2 Kg Beef

1. Slice the meat with oblique fibers.

2. Reveal the meat with ground spices until soft. Drain well. Geprek meat.

3. Fry the meat with enough oil until the meat changes color. Drain well.

4. Simmer the chilies, onions and tomatoes for 3 minutes. Then mash it roughly.

5. Sauté the onion, lime leaves, green tomatoes, and salt. Add lime juice.

6. Add the meat. Stir well. The beef jerky is ready to be enjoyed.
