Stuffing Ingredients:

  • 50 grams of bean sprouts
  • 50 grams of wet yellow noodles
  • 50 grams of fried white tofu
  • 3 stalks of chives/scallions
  • 1 fruit ketupat/lontong
  • Crackers and fried onions to taste

Ground spices:

  • 4 shallots
  • 4 cloves of garlic
  • 3 candlenuts
  • 3 small red tomatoes
  • 4 red chilies
  • 8 bird’s eye chilies


  • 200-300 ml of water
  • 200 grams of oncom
  • 4 tbsp salted taco
  • 5 tbsp sweet soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 cm galangal crushed
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 1 tsp broth powder
  • right amount of oil
