- Prepare all ingredients.
- Heat the pan, melt the butter until it melts.
- Sauté the garlic and shallots until fragrant, reduce heat and set aside on the edge of the onion sauté pan.
- Add eggs, cook scrambled until cooked. Mix with sautéed onions.
- Add the rice little by little while stirring until smooth.
- Add sausages, meatballs and mustard leaves that have been cut into pieces. Stir well.
- Add ground pepper and mushroom broth, stir again.
