Cinnamon Lemon Tea Recipe to Lower High Cholesterol

  1. Boil water until it boils. Boil with cinnamon until it emits a fragrant aroma.
  2. Add tea and lemon water. Mix well all the ingredients.
  3. Sieve all the ingredients in a serving glass. Add enough honey to get a sweeter taste.
  4. Enjoy while it’s still warm.
