Coconut Milk Chocolate Pudding Recipe Suitable to Serve in Hot Weather

  1. Boil the coconut milk until warm, pour in the agar-agar powder then stir well.
  2. Add sugar, salt and fresh milk.
  3. Boil the chocolate jelly over medium heat, stirring constantly.
  4. Boil the agar-agar until it boils, remove it then pour it into the mold.
  5. Wait for the jelly to warm up, put it in the fridge until it cools and is perfectly printed.
  6. Serve.
