Crispy Enoki Mushroom Recipe – Food


  • 1 pack of enoki mushrooms
  • 1 pack of all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp chili powder
  • 1 egg
  • The oil for frying


  1. Cut a few enoki mushroom heads, wash and then drain from the water. Cut into pieces according to taste
  2. Beat the eggs in the bowl
  3. Pour all-purpose flour into another container, mix with ground pepper and chili powder
  4. Dip the enoki mushrooms in the egg, then coat with the dry ingredients. Do it until all the mushrooms run out
  5. Fry over low heat until golden, then remove and drain

Crispy enoki mushrooms are ready to be enjoyed. Served with chili sauce will be more delicious. Good luck.
