Material:
- 1 pack of enoki mushrooms
- 1 pack of all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp chili powder
- 1 egg
- The oil for frying
Steps:
- Cut a few enoki mushroom heads, wash and then drain from the water. Cut into pieces according to taste
- Beat the eggs in the bowl
- Pour all-purpose flour into another container, mix with ground pepper and chili powder
- Dip the enoki mushrooms in the egg, then coat with the dry ingredients. Do it until all the mushrooms run out
- Fry over low heat until golden, then remove and drain
