- Prepare all ingredients. Heat the oil, sauté the onions, garlic and shallots until fragrant.
- Add the chickpeas to the onion stir fry, stir well and cover the pan. Cook until the chickpeas are half cooked.
- Add the prawns to the stir-fried green beans, add salt, ground pepper and sweet soy sauce to taste. Stir well.
- Cook until all ingredients are cooked. Taste correction, lift and serve.
