Delicious Fried Banana Recipe That Doesn’t Absorb Oil

  1. Make the banana coating flour dough. Mix flour, fried banana flour, sugar, salt and enough water. Mix well until it forms a fairly thick liquid dough.
  2. Peel the kepong banana fruit. Cut into two parts.
  3. Coat the bananas with flour mixture then fry in hot oil. Use medium heat so that the fried bananas don’t burn easily and don’t absorb too much oil.
  4. Alternate the bananas during frying so that they are cooked evenly.
  5. Remove the ripe fried bananas, drain and serve.
