- Make the banana coating flour dough. Mix flour, fried banana flour, sugar, salt and enough water. Mix well until it forms a fairly thick liquid dough.
- Peel the kepong banana fruit. Cut into two parts.
- Coat the bananas with flour mixture then fry in hot oil. Use medium heat so that the fried bananas don’t burn easily and don’t absorb too much oil.
- Alternate the bananas during frying so that they are cooked evenly.
- Remove the ripe fried bananas, drain and serve.
