- Peel the dragon fruit, take the skin, peel off the outer skin so that only the main skin is left.
- Thinly slice lemongrass, ginger and pandan leaves.
- Boil the water until it boils, add the dragon fruit skin, lemongrass, ginger, pandan and cinnamon.
- Boil for 5-10 minutes or until the aroma is fragrant. Lift.
- Pour while filtered into glasses. Add sugar or honey to taste, stir well.
Serve dragon fruit skin herbal tea, enjoy it while it’s warm.
