1. Scrape the dragon fruit with a spoon.
2. Puree the dragon fruit with a blender.
3. Transfer the mashed dragon fruit to a container.
4. Store in the freezer for 3 hours.
5. Dredge the frozen dragon fruit. Put it back in the original container.
6. Store in the freezer overnight.
