East Java Rice Rames Recipe

  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1/2 tsp ground pepper
  • salt and sugar to taste

Balado potato ingredients:

  • 2 potatoes
  • 1 carrot
  • 4 red chilies
  • 2 bird’s eye chilies
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 2 Spring onions
  • 1 stick of lemongrass, crushed
  • 1 galangal segment, crushed
  • salt, sugar, broth powder to taste

Fried noodle ingredients:

  • 2 pieces of yellow noodles
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 red onion
  • soy sauce, salt and ground pepper to taste

Other fields:

  • white rice, crackers, chili sauce and fried onions
