Fish Ball Noodle Soup (15 Min. Recipe)
The secret to really delicious fish cake stir-fried udon is sourcing really delicious fish cake! I always buy Korean food at H Mart because it tastes better. They contain green onions and sometimes corn!
Another secret to delicious stir-fried chewy udon is to never boil the noodles. If you boil and stir-fry the noodles, the noodles may become soggy.
Fill a large nonstick pan with water, bring it to a boil, and add the frozen udon cakes. Blanch for 1 minute. Do not boil. Strain and set aside.
Place in same nonstick pan over medium heat and add avocado oil. Add the garlic and green onions and sauté until fragrant. Quickly toss the kailan, bok choy, and thinly sliced fish cakes. Sauté until vegetables are tender and fish cakes are cooked through (about 5 minutes).
