Fried Indomie Tektek Noodle Recipe

  1. Boil the noodles half cooked, drain then mix with the onion oil from the instant noodle packaging. set aside.
  2. Finely chop the garlic and shallots. Sauté until fragrant and cooked.
  3. Add beaten eggs, stir scrambled.
  4. Add the mustard greens and cabbage, stir-fry until wilted.
  5. Add the chopped chilies, spring onions and celery. Add all the instant noodle spices, add sweet soy sauce to taste.
  6. If you like, you can add salt and ground pepper.
  7. Add noodles, stir well. If it’s too dry, you can add a little hot water, cook until it’s a bit dry or the spices have absorbed. Lift.

Serve with a sprinkling of fried onions and fresh vegetables such as cucumbers, tomatoes and a side dish of crackers.
