- Boil the noodles half cooked, drain then mix with the onion oil from the instant noodle packaging. set aside.
- Finely chop the garlic and shallots. Sauté until fragrant and cooked.
- Add beaten eggs, stir scrambled.
- Add the mustard greens and cabbage, stir-fry until wilted.
- Add the chopped chilies, spring onions and celery. Add all the instant noodle spices, add sweet soy sauce to taste.
- If you like, you can add salt and ground pepper.
- Add noodles, stir well. If it’s too dry, you can add a little hot water, cook until it’s a bit dry or the spices have absorbed. Lift.
Serve with a sprinkling of fried onions and fresh vegetables such as cucumbers, tomatoes and a side dish of crackers.
