Fried Tempe Recipe with Coriander Onion Seasoning Sambal Terasi

How to make fried tempe

  • Prepare all ingredients.
  • Slice the tempeh and set aside briefly.
  • Grind the spices, namely garlic, coriander, turmeric powder, salt and broth to taste. Add a little water.
  • Enter the tempeh into the seasoning, mix well all the ingredients.
  • Heat oil, fry tempeh over medium heat until cooked. Turn the tempeh back and forth while frying so it doesn’t burn.
  • Serve.

How to Make Sambal Terasi

  • Fry tomatoes, cayenne pepper, garlic and shallots until wilted.
  • Blend the ingredients that are fried together with the seasoning broth and grilled shrimp paste with a mortar.
  • Taste correction. Add spices that are not suitable.
  • Mix all the ingredients well, serve with fried tempeh.
