Ginger Telang Flower Tea Recipe

  1. Boil water until it boils. Peel the ginger then crush it, put it in the boiling water.
  2. When the ginger aroma comes out, add the butterfly pea flowers. Stir occasionally to release the color.
  3. Remove then strain into a cup or glass.
  4. Add honey, stir well. Serve.

If you like the cold version, you can add ice cubes and drink ginger telang flower tea to refresh your body.
