Halal Chasu Recipe, Suitable for Ramen Toppings

  1. Roll the chicken, then tie it with a cotton rope. Tie in all parts and tightly so that the meat does not spread.
  2. Pour some oil in a pan, then sauté the crushed garlic and ginger. Then add the spring onions.
  3. Bake the chicken in the same pan. Cook all sides of the chicken until lightly browned.
  4. If so, add water and add seasonings such as soy sauce, apple juice, fish sauce, sugar, and flavoring to taste.
  5. If the chicken has changed color and the water is reduced, it means the seasoning has been absorbed.
  6. Take out the chicken, then wait for it to cool, only then can you cut it.

That’s how to make halal chasu made from chicken. This dish is suitable as a topping for ramen, or even with just warm rice. Good luck!
